Dear Students and Parents,

With school coming to a close, I would like to take a moment of your time to say thank you to you and your child for making this year remarkable. I am very excited to return to St. Mary School for my third year. I will be teaching Religion, Social Studies and English again.

The seventh grade class has proved to the middle school teachers that they had an excellent academic experience their second year in the middle school. This class will continue to have great experiences in the upcoming school year as eighth graders. I have had the chance to know students very well, and I will miss them over the summer break.

I am very excited about making the 2008-2009 school year a successful and memorable year for your child. To ensure this success I will be working on new ideas for projects and lessons that will help students to become active in their learning. With the new “Smart Boards”, the students will experience new differentiated learning. I am very excited and impressed by our technology and the education and participation of the students will soar to new levels . I will continue to pray for you and your child throughout the summer, and please keep St. Mary School in your thoughts and prayers.
