The Before and After
School program is open to any child enrolled at St. Mary School.
Parents are required
to carry 24-hour insurance coverage on their child/ren in the program.
A complete registration form must be on file in order for a child
to be accepted for attendance. These forms are available from the
Director or the school office. Please keep the Before and After program
informed of any changes in address,
telephone
numbers,
emergency
contac
person or persons authorized to pick up your child.
Upon registering in the Before and
After School Program, parents are asked to set up a schedule
when their child/ren will be attending. Please notify the Director
if there are any changes in your schedule. The B/A Program will
not be open on legal holidays, snow days or institute days if school
is not is session. The program will be open on conference days
and school improvements days.
Hours: The Before and After School
Program opens at 7:00 a.m. The program closes promptly at 5:30
p.m. There is a $5.00 late pick-up fee
for each fifteen minute period after 5:30.
Fee Schedule: There is a $10.00 registration
fee per family.

Invoices will be sent out in 2-week increments. Please return payment
to the Director of the program. There will be a late payment fee
of $1.00 per day until the bill is paid. There will also be a $10.00
fee for any check returned for insufficient funds.
