Funerals and Cemetery
Funeral arrangements are handled by the funeral home director who in turn contacts the Parish Office for specific arrangements. The Funeral Committee is responsible for planning and hosting a luncheon following the Funeral Mass, if the family so chooses.
The cemetery is located at 531 Sycamore Road in DeKalb, Illinois 60115. St. Mary Catholic Cemetery is owned and operated by St. Mary Church. Purchase of cemetery plots is arranged through the Parish Office. Interested parties are encouraged to purchase grave sites in advance in order to relieve pressures on the family at the time of death.
