St. Mary - Bingo

GENERAL RULES & PROCEDURES

1. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted. Have your I.D. available upon request. We reserve admittance for players and workers only. Non-players during game session are prohibited.

2. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. The kitchen begins serving at 6:00 p.m. Early Bird game is at 7:00 p.m.

3. Bingo cards go on sale at 6:00 p.m. No credit cards or advance sales will occur. Cards must be paid for at the time of purchase. Gift certificates are non-transferable and are valid on or before the specified date only.

4. Early bird cards cost - $.50 each; Regular card packs cost - $5.00 each; Special 50/50 split cards cost - $1.00 each; Special "342" cards cost $1.00 each or 3 for $2.00.

5. All cards purchased are valid for that night only. Permanent ink markers must be used on all game cards. Failure to do so may forfeit the prize. All cards are the property of the house and will be discarded at the end of each session.

6. No returns or exchanges on cards that have been purchased. The posted check cashing policy will be followed.

7. Regular card packs purchased require a valid receipt. Each player must have a dated receipt, in a visible location, stamped for them amount of cards played. Payout's will not be made to anyone without a valid card and receipt. YOU MUST ONLY PLAY THE NUMBER OF CARDS STAMPED ON THE RECEIPT. YOU MAY NOT PLAY ANOTHER PLAYERS CARDS. Each player should check that the amount of cards stamped on their receipt is correct. Any errors should be brought to the attention of the receipt-coordinator before 7:30 p.m.

8. Receipts will be collected at the end of the Bingo session. Write your full name on the receipt to be eligible for next week's door prize drawing. Comments and suggestions directed to the Bingo Manager may be written on the back side of the receipt.

9 - Two door prizes will be drawn after 7:30 p.m. Players must be present to win and the same player may not win both door prizes in the same session.

10 - Seats may be saved until 6:45 p.m. for individuals sitting at your table only. At least one person from the party wishing to save a seat must be in the house. Unattended ink markers or bingo supplies will not hold a seat or table for a late arriving party. All table seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. After 6:45 p.m. ALL SEATS BECOME AVAILABLE.

Please direct any problems, concern or comments to the attention of the Bingo Manager. That decision is final.

2. Multiple winners split the prize for that game. The minimum prize payout is $5.00 for any game.

3. The "Gimme 5" games pay $5.00 to the neighbor on each side of a single winner. The end of a row wraps around to the other side of the table. The center aisle in the main room constitutes the end of a row. In the event of multiple winners on these games, the 2-$5.00 payout's will be split by the winners and not paid to the neighbors.

4. The JACKPOT BLACKOUT game begins at 50 numbers and increases by one number each week until the $500.00 jackpot is won. Consolation prize is $1.00 per player in attendance. ($100.00 minimum)

5. IT IS THE PLAYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO YELL BINGO LOUD ENOUGH TO BE HEARD BY THE CALLER TO GET HIS ATTENTION BEFORE THE NEXT NUMBER IS CALLED.
